Account Deletion Process for TargetCredit

If you have decided to terminate your TargetCredit account, we are here to assist you throughout the account deletion process.

Please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Pay Off Outstanding Debts

Before initiating the account deletion process, ensure that all outstanding loans have been fully settled through the TargetCredit mobile app. Account deletion requests will not be processed if there are any unpaid balances.

2. Initiate Deletion via the App

After settling any pending debts, navigate to the Account Deletion section in the TargetCredit app. Select the Permanently Delete Account option and confirm your request. The app will process your deletion request accordingly.

Important Information

• Irreversible Action: Once an account is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. All related data, including transaction history and personal information, will be permanently erased from our system.
